Going into the final stretch of the YMCA's annual Turkey Trot, runners - some with four-legged friends - neared the end of the holiday run. More than 30,000 people took part in the 5K and eight-mile runs.
The two events snarled traffic and frayed nerves, but Dallas police said neither caused accidents or serious injuries.
